All orders can be cancelled until before they make. but payment is not refundable or transferable. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us as soon as possible. Once the order processing has started, it can’t be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products/services if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time.
- You received the wrong item/service
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. public holiday)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Digital Miraj (e.g. Service not available for your facebook account).
- You do not want the product/service you’ve received.
